Q.  How Long Have You Been In Business?

A.  We started in 2012 as “ANGEL BILLIARDS”

Q.  Where Are You Located?

A.  We service Sevier County.  We are an “On-Site” Service Based business, so we have not set up a brick & mortar store (yet).  

Nearly all of our clients are out of state cabin owners so the need for a showroom has been minimal.

Our Games & Services are much lower than others in the area since we don’t have to include in the costs of a lease, utilities, 

and other expenses into every sale. 

 

Q.  Do You Sell Pool Tables and Other Games or Just Do Repairs?

A.  We have a LARGE selection of Recreational Games to choose from our many vendors.

Q.  If I Buy A Game From You, How Long Will It Take To Get?

A.  So long as the item is In-Stock with the vendor,  The average delivery time is 10-14 Days.  

This depends on the Warehouse Location and their 3rd. Party Freight Company transit schedule.

Q.  Do You Buy or Sell Used Pool Tables? 

A.  Not Usually.  On occasion, we will buy a used pool table to refurbish.  However, we take into account the cost of tearing it down,

parts needed, new felt, etc. in every offer.  Most people will have better success selling to a private party as-is.

We do on occasion sell used tables we have refurbished, Contact Us directly for pricing. 

Q.  Do You Repair / Re-felt MDF(non slate) Pool Tables?

A.  We unfortunately, do not service non slate tables.  These tables are considered to be low cost “novelty” tables.

They are pre assembled at the factory with very strong adhesives.  In most cases, most of the table would have to be 

disassembled to service and the felt is usually either non-replaceable, or very time consuming leading to an expensive service call.

Q.  If We Purchase a Pool Table From You, will you remove the old one?

A.  YES!  We will remove your old table at no extra cost.

Q.  What’s Included In A Pool Table Re-felting Service?

A.  We replace the felt on the bed & rails with your choice of color, level the slate & frame, 

resolve any missing/loose hardware, add new table spots, and give you (2) new pieces of color matched chalk.

Q.  Are There Any Additional Pool Table Services Available?

A.  YES!  We also offer a two-tone rail cloth option for only $40 more.

We also offer new rubber rail cushions for only $100 per set installed.

Q.  How Do I Pay For Services?

A.  We complete all the requested services, then simply send an invoice to your email.  Contact Us for NET TERMS.

Q.  What Kind Of Fees Can I Expect On My Invoice?

A.  NONE!!  We are completely transparent on pricing.  

The prices on the website and by phone is what you will pay plus required TN Sales Tax(9.75%).

We DO NOT charge for: Game Room Inspections, Game Room Supply Delivery, Gas Fees, Delivery Fees, Freight Fees, Stairs.

Q.  WAIT!  You Deliver Supplies?

A.  Sure do.  We have drivers in the area 3-4 days a week delivering Pool Cues, Chalk, Air Hockey Parts, etc.

This is a FREE SERVICE.  We just send you an invoice and you can book a delivery spot online using the “BOOK NOW” button.

Q.  Are You Insured?

A.  Black Mountain Billiards Is Fully Insured

Q.  I Just Moved Here And Need My Pool Table Assembled.  Can You Use My Old Felt?

A.  No.  When your original felt was installed, it was stretched on.  It is difficult to get the old felt back on in the same place.

We require new felt with all assembly services.100
